Griffey played 22 years in Major League Baseball for three teams. He
spent most of his career with the Seattle Mariners and Cincinnati Reds,
along with a short stint with the Chicago White Sox. A 13-time All-Star,
Griffey was one of the most prolific home run hitters in baseball
history; his 630 home runs rank as the sixth-most in MLB history.
Griffey was also an exceptional defender and won 10 Gold Glove Awards in
center field. He was just elected into the 2016 Class of the National
Baseball Hall of Fame with a record 99.3% of voters giving "the Kid" the
nod.
This 1989 Seattle Mariners Ken Griffey, Jr. authentic jersey has been signed on the front by Griffey in black sharpie. This jersey hung in a bar for many years, so there is some grey-ish discoloration on the top of the shoulders and some various staining throughout as seen in photos. This jersey includes a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
