Issued by Aurora Plastics in conjunction with Sport Magazine in 1965, was a trio of "Great Moments in Sport" models that offered both an alternative to the era's popular Hartland statues and an assembly challenge for youngsters. The set included Jack Dempsey, Johnny Unitas and Jerry West.

This lot features the Jerry West model. The contents remain in an unopened box that does show some wear on one side of the box as seen in the photo. The vintage cellophane wrapping tightly protects both the packaging and included pieces which are presumed high-grade.
