Nicknamed "The Greatest", Ali was involved in several historic boxing matches. Notable among these were the first Liston fight, three with rival Joe Frazier, and one with George Foreman, where he regained titles he had been stripped of seven years earlier. Ali remains the only three-time lineal World Heavyweight Champion; he won the title in 1964, 1974, and 1978.

Included in this lot is (8) different Sports Illustrated magazine which feature Muhammad Ali on the cover. Magazine dates range from April 23, 1973 through March 1, 1976.

These Sports Illustrated magazines are in decent shape with not a lot of wear to them except for the Nov. 11, 1974 issue, which has had the cover come loose from the spine.
