In 1953, Baltimore native Lillian Henry joined the secretarial staff of the Baltimore Colts at its Howard Street office and later worked at the team's Charles Street headquarters. Known within the organization as Coach Lil, she had her own blue-and-white Colts helmet and a jersey imprinted with number 1. She later served as secretary to Colts officials and coaches, including Weeb Ewbank, Don Shula, Don McCafferty, Don Kellett and Ernie Accorsi. She retired in 1980.

This silver plated service tray was presented to Henry in 1977 after 25 years of service with the Baltimore Colts. It measures about 14" across and is engraved:
