The Baltimore Ravens chose Juszczyk in the fourth round, with the 130th overall pick of the 2013 NFL Draft. Juszczyk scored his first NFL touchdown on September 21, 2014 against the Cleveland Browns. He was named a Pro Bowl alternate at Fullback after the 2014 season. Juszczyk was elected to his first Pro Bowl as an original selection in 2016. On December 25, 2016, Juszczyk scored his first career rushing touchdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
