On August 20, 2015, Jake became the first pitcher to win 15 games in the 2015 season. Ten days later, Arrieta no-hit the Los Angeles Dodgers 2-0 at Dodger Stadium for the 14th no-hitter in Cubs history. He struck out 12 batters, including all three batters he faced in both the first and ninth innings. Arrieta was named the NL Pitcher of the Month for August with a 6−0 and a 0.43 ERA and the no-hitter. The right-hander held opposing hitters to a .130 batting average and a .196 on-base percentage in August and struck out 43 batters while walking just 10.

On September 11, Jake gave up just six hits over 8 innings allowing only one run in a 5-1 win in Philadelphia and became the league's first 19 game winner. He lowered his ERA to 1.99 with 204 strikeouts in just 199 innings and 29 games started with a record of 19-6.

This official MLB baseball has been signed in blue by Arrieta and includes a Great Moments COA.
